Project Overview
This project explored how business intelligence tools support data-driven decision-making. I used the Global Superstore 2016 dataset, including Orders, Returns, and People sheets, to build a Power BI dashboard and explain how sales and profit insights can support business performance decisions.
The work combined data preparation, visual analytics, dashboard design, interpretation, and written reporting so the insights could be understood by both technical and business audiences.
